Digital Product Manager - EEVEE Mobility

We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and result-driven Digital Product Manager to lead our product vision and execution. This is your chance to own the product roadmap end-to-end, from improving and scaling our core B2B SaaS platform to driving innovation in new product areas.

You’ll shape our next phase of growth—bringing structure, energy, and laser focus to how we build value for customers. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, commercial team, and, most importantly, our users: fleet managers & drivers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and expand the product strategy to meet both current customer needs and future market opportunities.

• Lead and mentor the development team, setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and evolve the core offering—ensuring reliability, performance, and relevance.

• Drive product innovation and explore new opportunities to help our clients get even more value from EEVEE’s platform.

• Align our engineering and design teams to ship product improvements quickly and consistently.

• Collaborate with our commercial team to identify opportunities, close feedback loops, and boost customer happiness.

• Build deep relationships with key customers—understanding their evolving needs. Translate these customer insights into quarterly product goals and roadmap decisions.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for technology integrations and strategic product partnerships to enhance our product offering, improve customer value, and drive business growth.

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

• Have 3+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

• Love to combine vision and execution—you think big, act fast, and make it happen.

• Are excellent at prioritizing, managing multiple workstreams, and keeping focus in a fast-paced environment.

• Know what it takes to build and scale a high-performing SaaS product.

• Understand and care about customer experience—you talk to users and truly listen.

• Excel at aligning teams across product, tech, sales, and leadership.

• Share our passion for innovation within the EV ecosystem and a desire to shape the future of sustainable mobility. 

• Have experience working with connected vehicle data, enterprise customers, or energy/EV-related services (a plus, not a must).

• Communicate clearly and confidently—with your team, the company, and the board.
