We're Bolt Blaster Games, creators of GAZZLERS and The Spell Brigade, an indie game studio on a mission to unleash amazing games on the world. Our passionate team tackles the complex and creative challenges that come with building successful indie games—and now, we're ready to expand our development team with exceptional talent.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate Unity Programmer who lives and breathes game development. You'll be the driving force behind developing, optimizing, and maintaining gameplay features that bring immersive experiences to life. You'll work closely with our team of programmers and artists in our office in Diepenbeek, where we fuel your passion for game development.

Your Mission

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining gameplay features using Unity (C#)

• Collaborating closely with fellow programmers and artists to bring immersive experiences to life

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Contributing to the technical design and overall architecture of our games

• Debugging and ensuring peak performance across multiple platforms

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with Unity development (C#), with at least one completed game project in their portfolio

• Solid programming fundamentals with a commitment to code quality and maintainability (Clean Code principles)

• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for gaming

• The ability to thrive both working independently and as part of a collaborative team

• While we love collaborating in person, we're flexible; hybrid work is definitely an option.

Bonus Points If You Have... (a.k.a. not required, but definitely awesome)

• Experience with multiplayer game development - you could be instrumental in designing and implementing our multiplayer systems and features.
